A technology line BONANZA serves for exploitation of copper or aluminum from waste cables. It comprises following standard parts: granulator, transport blower, pneumatic piping, cyclone and separator. Individual devices are designed so they create a compact unit being operated from a single control panel. Cables are loaded manually into a granulator. If the processing capacity needs to be increased, a single-shaft shredder CASTOR can be added into a line. The shredder represents the first stage of desintegration, being connected with granulator by a beltconveyor. Comparing to other separating systems, a wet sluice offers the highest purity of the separated copper or aluminum.
